a bit about Douglas

Douglas draws on his background in leadership, coaching, and organizational learning to help make sense of complex situations and gently surface what really matters. Through thoughtful questions and careful listening, he supports individuals and teams in gaining clarity and confidence in their work. His approach focuses on building capability and engagement by helping people recognize and use their existing strengths, while staying open and curious about trying new ways of working.

Why coaching: Organizational coaching is a collaborative, practical way to help individuals and teams think more clearly about their work, and move things forward with intention. Rather than giving advice or solutions, a coach creates space for reflection, focus, and accountability, helping people sort through complexity, clarify priorities, and decide on meaningful next steps. Many people find coaching valuable because it slows things down just enough to speed progress up: tasks feel less stuck, decisions feel more grounded, and actions are aligned with both the work at hand and the bigger picture.
